Gala Program of the Norwegian-Hungarian Ballet Course

Hungarian Dance Academy

Between 11-25 February 2017 the Hungarian Dance Academy will host the two weeks long ballet course that will be attended by the students and ballet instructors of the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, and Mark Spradling dance artist, choreographer of the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts, as well as famous Hungarian ballet artists, ballet instructors and choreographers, along with graduating year Hungarian students. The goal of the international event is to get better acquainted with each other’s culture, dance art, to learn new styles, performance modes and methods, as well as to strengthen international connections. The joint gala event honours the Dohnányi year, and at the same time it’s a commemoration of László Seregi, one of the most significant Hungarian dance artists. The course and its closing event, the gala, will be realized with the support of the EEA Financing Mechanism, which the Hungarian National Ballet Foundation won in a tender.

Fellépnek az Oslo National Academy of the Arts és a Magyar Táncművészeti Egyetem táncművész szakának végzős hallgatói / Performed by the graduating year students of the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and the dance artist program of the Hungarian Dance Academy.
